I am new, I'm a mom to three children, ages 6, 7 and 8. I used to be SO GREAT at shopping for bargains and keeping everything in check. Now it feels like if I blink, I've lost control of everything. I go into Walmart, and instead of sticking to my list, I leave with milk, new jeans for my 6-year-old, a new pillow, and of course, everything I started out needing. Costco is even worse because I can't seem to spend less than $300 a pop.
On the positive side I write professionally from home, I run a business that promotes a new national grocery chain that promises lowest price in America, and I love my Tennessee Walking Horse.Comment

Introduction
As you can guess by my signature I am the saver and my husband is the spender. We have a 4yr old boy who is a complete handful. I work in the banking industry and my husband is in healthcare. I have been in the saving mode since 2005. My husband has been pulled into saving kicking in screaming out of necessity. I have been reading the forum for a little while and decided it was time to join. I know some, but will never know all, about saving money. Thanks everyoneComment
