Im Eric Medemar, I am a realtor/real estate investor/real estate consultant.
I am always interested in peoples different ways to make money. I personally like real estate, but I think whatever way you choose to make and save money is the best way for you.

I own 32 properties in the sunny state of michigan. Up until 6 years ago I was very broke, I even had to borrow money from my mom to buy groceries, thanks mom.

Hi, my name's Louise (go by Lou) and live in southside Virginia. I am a retired RN and with all that extra time on hand, I recently got into couponing and rebating. Found this site by accident and am thoroughly enjoying it. BTW, I have a small amount of coupons and rebate forms I'd like to trade. Where do I enter them?

                          Hello everyone,
Dennis Mason here- just browsing this wonderful forum, taking a look around and seeing who's who and what's what...
There are so many people in the United States struggling with debt, it's a pity there aren't more resources as far as educating the average person about the perils and pitfalls of everything that causes us to get into debt in the first place, including the banking system and the current state of mortgage lending.
My wife and I live here in central Texas with our 4 dogs and two kitty cats and I look forward to getting to know at least some of you in the coming weeks and months.
                          Cheers,
                          Dennis Mason

Hey new to the site. I am a fan of high paying yields. I only buy companies that have DRIPS, mainly REITS and energy companies. I have never sold one share of stock. I just buy and hold and reinvest the div. I am 27, and hope to retire and live off of my div. by the time i am 45 or 50. I also have a 403b with american funds. Looking to learn more about the market and be more well rounded. Thanks a lot and I am looking forward to learning a lot.
