The newer shop lites are LED, not fluorescent. They've made them resemble traditional tubes but there's nothing to replace. When they die, which should be a very long time, you just replace the whole thing. They've gotten so cheap that it's not a big deal to do so. The new recessed lights in our kitchen are the same way. No bulbs. Just LEDs. If one dies, you pop out the whole thing and snap in a new one.
