I'm curious how much of your asset allocation you have in international equities. We have hardly any right now, only about 2%.

What percent do you keep in international funds?

At this moment, including the composition of DW's 2040 target date funds (one of which--VFORX--also includes int'l bonds), we have a total of about 12.5% international... Which is actually more than I want (max 10%), so I'll probably make some adjustments to our holdings to bring that down.
I've not been terribly impressed with the performance of international funds over the last 15 years -- I feel that across that many years & 2 major recessions, if they were gonna show me something worthwhile I'd have seen it by now. To make up for the reduced diversity from only 10% international, I've added REITs as a major component of my AA (20%). The rest is US stocks (60%) and bonds (10%)

None. I used to when I followed the 3 fund advice bogleheads recommends. After a couple years of international doing almost nothing, I got rid of it and now only have total US and total bond funds. May not be a good reason but its my reason.

The majority of my Roth IRA is in a Vanguard target retirement fund which holds 35% international stocks and 3.5% international bonds. This seems higher than I would like, but I suppose I am trusting Vanguard's investment strategy and the "set it and forget it" nature of target funds.
Of course, when you look at my entire portfolio which consists of Roth IRA, 401K, brokerage accounts, 529, savings accounts, etc., the percentage in international stocks and bonds is much lower.

25% of our stock is in the Vanguard Total International Stock Index Institutional (VTPSX) and Vanguard International Growth Admiral (VWILX), both via our 401K. We may be entirely wrong but it's a risk we're willing to taken as International is a core component of the Boglehead 3-fund portfolio and we want to fund some money into it.
Ditto with bonds. Since bonds have performed so dismally for so long, we think a turn-around might happen there, too, especially if interest rates increase. We own a small amount of VWETX (Vanguard Long Term Investment Grade Bonds) but sold a lot of it in 2020, after interest rates sank. We should probably start buying it back up in the 401K and get some BND into our IRAs to be true Bogleheads!

We're a bit over 9% - though that's including a "global fund" holding which does have a percentage in US equities.“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it … he who doesn’t … pays it.”
