$6 for a car-wash (i owed myself one from a One Week One Goal challenge. from allowance)
$7.02 for a book of 18 stamps (holiday budget, alloted $7.80 for a book of 20)

$6.92 at Walmart for 2 boxes of crackers and 2 packages of Knorr's vegetable soup mix for spinach dip that I am making for a potluck on Friday and again for a family get together on Saturday.

i spent over a hundred bucks... macy's, kohl's, had 80% off sale.. i bought tops and sweaters.... i also shopped clearance at target and christopher banks, steve and barry's... bought great clothes for me, spouse and son....

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!
Today I spent $1,300 + tax. This was to my dentist, and it's the climax of a two-year renovation project. Just a few more old fillings to replace, but that will wait for the new year.
On the bright side, I had budgeted the expense. The money was waiting, so I didn't go into debt (further into debt?) for the procedure. Yeah me.
On the negative side, today I spent $1,300 + tax.
Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! (but ain't the smile nice?)
