Im uber broke this month. $400 to last for gas, food, and anything else that comes up.

$15 on dinner for two I made Friday night
Free breakfast and lunch for helping a couple move
$23 on gas for the week
$10 on my part for Superbowl food

Today Ill be eating the leftovers from Friday for lunch and tonight Im going grocery shopping. Hopefully Ill spend around $25. I need the fixings for soup

Well, I went to the liquor store, the grocery store and bought some baby clothes for a new mother. I sent about $75 all total.

$48 at Publix. Would have spent less but chicken was on discount so I stocked up. My freezer is stuffed!

Plus since I originally spent over $50 I used a $5 off coupon.

Yesterday: $5 and change on a chicken salad & softdrink. I was aggravated w/my family so I took myself out to eat and left them to scavange for themselves. Sometimes you just have to get away or SCREAM, so I thought my eating out was the better part of valor !!

Spending this $5 actually saved me about $60.00 because it was all I could do to keep from taking off to go visit my Mother in another town about two hours away and spend the night to get away from those folks here who tend to take dear old Momsie for granted from time to time .

I would have possibly eaten on the way there and back (est. 10.00) in a drive thru and had to gas up the truck (50.00) as it is near empty.

hehehehe!!! reminds me of the time dolly parton was on oprah. when asked what her secret was for such a long, happy marriage, she said something to the effect of "being able to get on a plane and get away for a few days when i need to". HAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Well I splurged today. I bought my dad 66 yrs old lunch. We went to the family dining resturant and he had a jumbo hamburger and chips and water I had a chicken strip sandwich and water (Learned from the master) and the total was 5.97

I went out to lunch with a client for her birthday, but the tab was picked up by someone else that went with us - I left the tip for everyone, so $8 spent there.
I also took the cat to the vet for her check-up and distemper shot - $37.

Yesterday: Groceries $49.94 @ Save-A-Lot. This was fill-in stuff that should take us thru the next two weeks.
