I didn't spend any money today. I didn't leave the house either!

Ditto, did a lot of work to keep warm and get ready for winter. Saved money and burned calories. bonus!

yesterday $4.20 for 8 bottles of conditioner on sale @ .50 ea, out of shampoo but got a rain check for 10 @ .50 ea!

$524 yesterday for rent and cable tv/internet, and $1.04 on a bagel from Tim Hortons.

Today I spent $1.04 on a bagel from Tim Hortons again. (...which is a shame, because I live near a jewish family-owned bakery that has FRESH and delicious bagels that only cost 30-some odd cents each if you buy half-a-dozen! )

coffee at the bookstore and 2 hours reading and browsing with DH: $1.80

date night out and a dinner that involved neither turkey nor me cooking: PRICELESS!!!

our thanksgiving trip to the outlaws cost us:
$300.00 gas and food
$100.00 cash for her a bike and helmet
$25.00 gc to kroger
$10.00 gc to wmt
plus we took them over $200 in gifts that we had accumulated for 3 yrs..

I spent over $30 at the liquor store today, other than that, i spent nothing! ( don't count normal bills)

But, it's money that you've spent. I wondered about that too. So, I figured out that in a month, you deposit and pay out. It's the same thing to me. Now, trimming the descretionary spending is another thing.
