December 21, 2021 by Vicky Monroe

Retail Store Hours for New Year's Eve

New Year’s Eve is coming up, so you probably have some shopping to do to get ready. Although most people don’t give gifts on NYE, you’ll still need decorations, drinks, and snacks to ring in 2022 properly. If you usually leave your holiday shopping until the last minute, you may be wondering about retail store hours for New Year’s Eve.

New Year’s Eve isn’t a federal holiday, so most stores will be open on the holiday. But some retailers may close their doors early so employees can get home to their families. It’s also possible that some locations will be closed but not others, so you should call ahead to confirm the shops you want to visit are open.  Here’s what you need to know about NYE store hours so you can plan ahead.
