Most retailers will be open for business and they will be offering up to 75 percent off certain items (though some businesses will remain closed). Walmart Labor Day Deals

Walmart is holding a few special Labor Day sales as well. The majority of the one-stop-shop’s sales are centered around cookout materials and food. However, there are some major markdowns on play sets, camping supplies and back-to-school items. Check your local Walmart ad for more details.

Target Labor Day Deals

Target is offering some major discounts surrounding the Labor Day holiday. The company is offering 30 percent off certain home items. They will also be holding clearance sales on many summer fashion items, cookout materials and outdoor furniture items.

Labor Day Food Deals

Olive Garden: Get one free to-go entrée when you buy an entrée from a select menu. This is for dine-in guests only.

Carrabba’s: Now through September 4 get a free take-home spaghetti and meatball entree when you order an entree from a select menu. This is for dine-in guests only.

Firehouse Subs: Get a free medium sub when you buy a medium or large sub, chips and drink. You’ll need this coupon to get this offer.

Chipotle: Every Sunday through the month of September children under the age of 12 can get a free kids’ meal with the purchase of a regular burrito, bowl or salad. The company is also offering free fountain drinks for high school and college students with the purchase of any entree.

Papa John’s: When you make an online purchase of $15 or more, you get a free large pizza (now through September 10).

Dairy Queen: Until Sunday, September 3, buy one Blizzard Treat, get a second for 99 cents.

Burger King: On Sunday and Monday of Labor Day weekend, grilled hot dogs are $1.
