What is Shia LaBeouf’s Net Worth?

January 26, 2017 by Amanda Blankenship

Shia LaBeouf's net worth
Shia LaBeouf has been in the spotlight recently for a number of reasons (none of them to do with his career though). LaBeouf appeared on a radio show just a few months ago and rapped. The video went viral and people were praising the actor for his skills.

LaBeouf has also been in the news more recently for his anti-Trump videos and attending anti-Trump rallies. The 30-year-old actor has even been arrested during these protests. But, controversy aside, LaBeouf has had a successful career and has been able to build wealth from it. So, what is Shia LaBeouf’s net worth?

Shia LaBeouf’s Profile:

Net worth in 2017: $25 million
Profession: Actor
Age: 30
Source Of Wealth: Acting career
Residence: Los Angeles, California
Citizenship: American
Marital Status: Single
Education: Alexander Hamilton High School

Shia LaBeouf’s Career

Shia LaBeouf was born on June 11, 1986 in Los Angeles, California. He is a well known face on television, the big screen and even in neighborhood streets. The “Transformers” star is known for being down-to-earth and compassionate but how did he become so successful?

LaBeouf grew up in a rather unstable household but was able to find an outlet through comedy. He practiced telling jokes around his neighborhood until, at the age of 10, he began doing standup at comedy clubs. He landed his first agent by flipping through the Yellow Pages and pretending to be his own manager on the phone.

In the early 2000s Shia LaBeouf landed his first major role on Disney Channel’s “Even Stevens.” He played the part of Louis Stevens. The actor has said that he grew up on that show and often cites it as the best thing that ever happened to him.

During the early 2000s LaBeouf also began his career on the big screen. He was well-received in the starring role of the movie adaptation of “Holes.” He also acted alongside Keanu Reeves in “Constantine.”

From there LaBeouf’s career really took off. He began starring in various films, like “Disturbia,” and in 2007 he landed his biggest role yet as Sam Witwicky in “Transformers.” LaBeouf went on to act in two more “Transformers” films as well as act in a number of other motion pictures.

It seems you can’t go a week without seeing LaBeouf’s name in the news. He’s been a great success but what is Shia LaBeouf’s net worth?

Shia LaBeouf’s Net Worth

Shia LaBeouf's net worth The 30-year-old actor has been known as a down-to-earth guy, despite being handsomely wealthy. Shia LaBeouf’s net worth is $25 million, an astounding amount for such a young actor. His annual salary sits at about $2.9 million.

LaBeouf has made the bulk of his earnings from the “Transformers” series he starred in. The first film, “Transformers,” only made him $750,000. However, the two movies that followed made him $5 million and $15 million, respectively.

LaBeouf turned down the fourth “Transformers” film. Many people thought that it would be a mistake but it doesn’t seem like Shia LaBeouf’s net worth suffered at all.

In addition to his huge earnings through the “Transformers” films LaBeouf has also made some cash through endorsements. Of the $2.9 million he makes a year and estimated $635,000 comes from sponsorships and endorsements. LaBeouf is most well known for his endorsement of InterOil.

The actor’s home and other assets contribute to his overall wealth as well. LaBeouf owns a $14,000 motorcycle, a 1975 Marathon car ($20,000) and a home work $1.85 million.

In 2017 LaBeouf is slated to star in “Borg vs. McEnroe” and he’ll likely land new roles this year as well. Although he will likely have to pay some fines for his recent arrest, Shia LaBeouf’s net worth will continue to climb in the years to come.
