Money Confession – Generosity

I collect money confessions from people who give them anonymously to me after the talks I give and share some of the more interesting ones here. This is confession number 61 in the series:
“When I didn’t have money, I always said that I would be generous to a fault if I ever did have money. Now that I do, I find I’m not nearly as generous as I thought I would be.”

I think getting money has a tendency to do this to everyone. We all want a safety net to fall back on in hard times.
