I added two more books to my half.com listings - one homeschooling book and one about education and learning in general. I also adjusted the prices for a few of my books, after looking at the current range of prices for those titles. Right now I have 16 books listed. I looked at ebookdrop again, but I'm not hitting pay dirt with any of my titles, so I'll leave them at half.com.

Looks like I'll have about $4-$5 from AdSense to add to my challenge total, as well as some interest from the ING account. I'll take a look at those on 10/1.

I've been feeling rather unmotivated about this lately. One good thing, though, is that if between AdSense and ING/online banking interest I'm bringing in an extra $10-$15 a month, that's easy money I wouldn't necessarily have pursued otherwise.

Mailed a book today for $1.42. Will add proceeds from half.com once they are deposited. I also listed another book tonight.

I just started an auction at eBay for some advertising at DivaTribe. We'll see what happens - I'm not expecting much, but for 35 cents it's worth a shot.

Saturday update - I have two bidders at 99 cents each, so it's a start! I listed four links available total, so hopefully I'll at least get two more links sold. I'd hate to lose money on the deal, between the listing fee, the final selling price fee, PayPal fee, etc.

Adding half.com payment of $6.19 for 10/1 - 10/15. I ought to be hearing about my ShareBuilder bonus in the next week - looking forward to adding that $50!

Not much new to report, but I will have some money to add soon. My auction ends this Friday, and I have four bidders (for four ads offered) and five watchers. I still don't think it will bring me more than five or six dollars at best, but it's fun to try.

AdSense has been a good addition to my tutoring site. I don't get many clicks, but the clicks pay better there than they do on DivaTribe, by and large. If I can get five to ten dollars a month from that site, and another five to ten from my homeschooling site, that will be nice extra money that I'm not working all that hard for. I do update the hs'ing site, but not nearly as often as I update DivaTribe.

I did some more tinkering with my tutoring site tonight. I used to have one inquiry page; now I have two, one for in-home tutoring and one for online tutoring. I also added some more text at the bottom of each page - a sentence, really - for search engines to find, and played around a bit more with page titles. We'll see what, if any, effect this has on business. I've been trying to get linked up at other sites as well - one homeschooling site recently added me to their list of tutors and I'm already seeing hits come in from that site.

$35 from HSBC and $50 from ShareBuilder. My auction ends in about 15 minutes, so I'll update after that.

Auction ended at $12.01, with $0.63 in fees. I'll add it all in once I have payment.

How long did it take to get the $35 for HSBC? When I applied, they said it would be credited within 45 days, but I was wondering how prompt they are with this.
