Even though I caught the mistake 3 minutes after I made it, they still deducted the funds from my proceeds for the bad label. It's in the process of being cancelled, and I should get my money back.
Refunds for voided labels take up to 3 weeks but it'll happen.

    • Two more items listed, both are long shots and almost not worth listing. But...trying to save items from the trash, and I'm making progress on freeing the shop of things that don't need to be in there any longer!

The photos on the window deflectors listing are sideways.

Your description says "may also fit a Crew Cab model", but the Compatibility list on the listing includes several Crew Cab models so you are stating that it does fit them.

Your Item Specifics say Country of Origin is United States but the photo of the sticker says Made in Germany.

On the other item, I'd suggest being much more blatant about it being For Parts. Get that into the title. Start the description with that and still repeat it again as you did.

I updated the first listing. The second one...everyone else is selling them as used/pre-owned, so I figure I'm already taking the hit listing it as parts/not-working and explaining in the description. I'm willing to roll the dice on that one. Someone looking for one knows exactly what they're looking for (for everyone reading, it's a hard to find model of ABS computer for an older vehicle).

          • I had 5 items listed for sale on eBay but ended it due to going to Hawaii for 8 days tomorrow. I thought there was a way to insert some kind of note saying, "the seller is away so expect a delay should you purchase this item." But couldn't find how to do it. I'll relist them when I get back.

It's called Time Away. You can enter the dates you'll be away and either still allow sales for up to 15 days or pause sales. Shoppers see a banner at the top of your listings indicating that you are away and that shipping will be delayed. You can also set an away message that buyers receive when they make a purchase.

              Have fun in Hawaii.

              • Thanks, staying w/my mom so not hotel payments. United airlines was $500 round trip, good deal. Rental car was $500 total for 8 day so I passed and will be Uber/Lyfting or public bus to & from the beach. Mom has a new Mazda CX-30 and will be going to eat Hawaiian food, Chinese food, etc.

                • During the check in process and get boarding pass they mentioned that the flight is completely full and they gave an option to volunteer to get bumped for $600, I checked the box and volunteered. And they book me on the next available flight for Monday at 8:35 am. They also had options for $700 or $800 but the $600 would be chosen first so there is a good chance that I might get bumped. That would be a free future flight.
