    All - its the 4th of July. America's Birthday. Happy 4th of July! I hope everyone is out socializing with friends and enjoying some barbeque.

      Thanks. The same to us all in the US.

      We're doing nothing special today.

      I think an awful lot of people in my city must be broke, because I'm hearing zero fireworks today, nor have I heard much leading up to today. Usually there are about three weeks of fireworks centering around the fourth. If the natural plant life is not too burned out, we will have a very nice fireworks program at our neighborhood park on the 9th, sponsored by local merchants.

      Think I'll call my siblings and see what they are all up to in their cities.

        Thanks for the fireworks James. DH has COVID, so we are on quarantine for the holiday. (We are almost out of ice cream--things could get ugly! )

          Well, I spent some time with family - we had a nice chicken barbeque, ate too many chips and blew off some fireworks.

                I spent the holiday at our cabin. Did some kayaking, ate a lot of good food, and hung out with friends
