  • What is the gasoline problem like in your area?

Los Angeles has the highest priced gas in the nation at $3.99/gallon if paying cash. Paying with credit card add .10 cents to .20 cents more. I guess I'd gladly pay more than some of the east or southern states enduring the gas problems.

No problems here. No shortages. Price is up to about $2.99 from about $2.75 a month ago.

I only go to stations that are the same price cash or credit.

I think I paid $4.15 last time I filled up - northern california. I don't drive much though and only fill up about once a month.

I also always think of places like Europe when I do fill up and am not bothered by our comparatively cheap gas prices here in the US.

It's about $3.65-ish for 87 octane/ regular unleaded here. Up about 20-30 cents in the last month or so.

Certainly not the highest we've seen. I'm also not driving much, either.

Paid $2.68 three days ago. Checked prices yesterday expecting to see a sizable hike even though I'm not in the east. There was no price change. Did not notice prices today but do remember seeing no one at the pumps at the last station I would have driven by. So I'd say no one was concerned about prices. Actually, I'd like to see my state tax gasoline a little more and use it to maintain state roads and distribute it to the counties for maintenance, too.

I think i filled on monday for $3.65 i could be wrong. I don't fill enough to care. Also why I don't care enough to buy a EV.

Gas stations here are still working. I filled up the other day. Was able to dispense fuel into my vehicle.

I paid $3.59 for diesel last time I filled up.

Plenty of it, just getting more expensive all the time.

I'm temporarily in central South Carolina with the military for the next few months, and when I open the Gas Buddy app.... literally 9 in 10 stations are marked as "no fuel available." The couple places that reportedly do have gas are averaging around $2.89/gal - $3.00/gal. The ones without gas (and thus haven't been updated in a few days) are currently showing prices around $2.60/gal.

Hopefully, as they bring the pipeline back online (they started the process yesterday), shortages should improve. But the last few days, folks have been kinda panicked about getting to work, cancelling appointments, and so on.

We just took a short drive. (We live in Northern VA). It was $2.94/ gallon in our neighborhood and $3.30 by I95....
