That's great. I hope you don't get much in the way of a reaction.

It generally takes longer than that. Later today into tomorrow is when you may feel the effects. It generally doesn't last more than 24-36 hours.

Got the Pfizer shot this morning.
Round 2 is on May 7
My arm got sore a few days later, but only if I actually touched it. It didn't feel sore at all if it wasn't being touched. A few days after that, there was a large bump at the injection site which felt hot and itchy. It lasted a few days and was gone.
It has been 2 weeks today since my first shot and I am no longer feeling any effects at all. Good luck, I hope that your experience is as uneventful as mine.
I got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine Sunday. I have several friends and coworkers who fall into the conspiracy camps who were actually pretty upset that I got the shot. They are of the opinion that the vaccine hasn't been tested and we don't know the long term side effects, etc. I know better than try to reason with them. But I couldn't help but laugh when 3 days later, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine is put on an emergency hold and CVS sends me text warning me of the potential deadly side effects. And people want to call my friends crazy!
I think there has been six people with blood clots out of 7 million shots issued, and only one of those people died. Over the next week or two, I am guessing that number will bump up a couple more people. All the same, I am extremely dubious of placing the vaccine on hold because of a 1 in a million chance. If 1 million people walk into a shoe store today, someone is going to break their neck, ya know.

The vaccine was placed on hold largely to take some time to send out an advisory to the healthcare community to be on the lookout for possible vaccine reactions. The type of issue that appeared in those 6 women can't be treated with heparin, a drug often used to treat blood clots. I suspect that once the authorities feel word has gotten out, the J&J vaccine will start being administered again.

Second jab on sunday has been meh. Ran a low grade fever last night. I'm just fatigued and felt like the flu. Very tired for about 48 hours. 3rd day i started feeling like a clear head.
Got my 2nd vaccine shot two days ago (Pfizer). First shot was good, no side effects besides sore arm no big deal. 2nd shot, I need 1-2 days to rest because I was not feeling well, a little feverish, chills, headache, etc. I am good now.
I did end up with a mild reaction to my 1st shot.
Headache, body ache, and tired for for about a day and a half.
Symptoms started about 36 hours after I got the shot
