NY released stats showing that 94% had underlying conditions, so how does one know who to believe....

There is many embellishments out there, while we can relate as to WHY ... healthcare providers want to include ALL due to the frustration of feeling some people think it only hits a certain group.
It can frustrating if a person is seeing a different reality then what they think is being understood, I just do not think that embellishment is the best form of changing minds.
It may have had the opposite effect with some now questioning the narrative or worse yet the source.
How is it you are privy to the private thoughts and motivations of "many people" and "media"?

My county has finally started to plateau, thank goodness! Today, we are at 3,331 cases and 118 deaths. We went from 10 (known cases) on week 11 to 3331 (known cases) on week 17.

We've inched up to third to last place in states testing for covid-19. Ya, pretty dismal IMHO. I'm not sure why we have been doing so poorly.

I am anxious to get back to normal--DH and I have been on lock down pretty much since week 12. But, even if they open everything back up I doubt we will be going out much. I don't really go out that often as it is, but I was just thinking how nice it would be to go to a fabric store and look at the fabrics. Or, possibly get a haircut (maybe, I just have to get used to longer hair ). Or, go to the park. But, even if everything opened up it will probably be a while before we get back to our normal travel schedule.
