I am an urgent care physician. Our volume has been dramatically lower. Two of our eight sites have already closed for urgent care services. The six that remain are very, very slow. My site saw 5 patients yesterday. We typically see 30-40 on a Monday. I'll be very surprised if they don't close more sites. Some of our providers are starting to have trouble getting their scheduled hours. Some are doing telemed services instead.

The hospital is in the process of getting us all hospital privileges so that when inpatient volume gets crazy (it's not far from it now - the peak is expected to be in about 2 weeks), they will redeploy us into the hospital to lend support and do some of the low level stuff to free up the hospitalists to handle the more serious stuff. I'm definitely nervous about that as I haven't done inpatient work for 20 years. I don't know the first thing about hospital work at this point.

I will say, my employer did state that all employees will be getting paid until early May (the entire time we're working from home.) That was nice to see. As for now, it doesnt appear that they are going to lay anyone off. Which they shouldnt, considering our salaries come from student tuition that has already been paid...so the money is there anyway.

Better but still not good enough until it's all 50 states, air traffic is grounded, and borders are closed to non-essential travel.

              I'm in PA too.
              It's about time.
They were trying to do a piecemeal county by county stay at home order.

I especially like how the Florida governor now implemented a stay at home order, after the spring breakers spent all of their money around the state. What a scumbag.

Well, some good news -- I got the monthly statement from my rental's property manager, seems that our tenant made the payment, so no loss there. Having not heard anything after the 5th (the rent due date) I assumed everything was fine with them, but nice to see confirmation. I am curious to see the actual stats of how many folks are not making their rent/mortgage payments, though that data is probably not out quite yet.

No delays or missed payments from any of my 5 tenants either! Was kind of a relief
