But, did chores with the tractor, so will have to replace deisel soon, did about 15 loads of laundry with the rural water..So, I paid for nothing today would be more correct-but will be paying for it next month.
Did keep the heat off-was slightly chilly and raining, so had a fire going in the fireplace instead.

$65 on groceries (although I got 4lbs of chicken, 3lbs of pork, and a huge sirloin steak)

$27 on gas ...my little cruiser finally got above 21mpg this week. Ugh.

I haven't spent any money in 5 days. I spent $65 on clothes for the kids last wednesday. & 15 for a haircut last Monday. No money spent since, but dh did go to the grocery store once or twice. I will probably buy gas tonight - it has been a couple of weeks.

we spent 28.33... 3.33 for 4 2-liter bottles of generic soda and $25 (including tip) for dinner out at a new restaurant... they had a "family and friends night" (working out kinks) before the grand opening later this week where everything was 50% off...

I hate to say, but I spent $16 at two groceries stores today and did not get much for my money. I bought 5 cans of cranberry sauce to take to a dinner/party. I spent $4.25 on dog food, which was only 3 cans of food. The rest was eggs, cookie mix and cookies on sale.

This is going to be AWFULLY painful, but I did manage to stay out of the stores for 6 days. I had read Ima Savers where she said she needed some things but would go today to buy them. WELL! I paid th property taxes this morning at the Court House and paid $5328.69. But, I'm feeling alot better because I found .01 penny in the parking lot, WHEW, so that goodness that now I'm down to %5328.68 spent. Then I went to a fabric store to buy some trim and buttons for my first grandchild to be born in January. That put me back $8.01. Then, I stopped at the dollar store and bought 4 items I need for holidays, so that was $4.28. Then, I finished getting together yesterday every receipt from insurance claims paid by our insurer, a letter, a copy of the policy and I finally got it in the mail today. That cost me $6.08 in postage. I stopped by the grocery store and picked up a sale paper and bought one lotto ticket for $1.00. So my grand total is DRUM ROLL PLEASE---------------------------------------------------$5,340.05. OH excuse me $5,340.04. I forgot about the penny that I found. It was an expensive day for me.

I didn't buy gas yesterday, but I did buy a soda for $1.53. I got a free lunch that included iced tea - blech - and not enough water. So I went and bought an expensive can of soda (was at a seminar in a hotel).

Today $11 for gambling (bunco - hehe) and probably $35 gas.

Spent $14 yesterday.

Our favorite boss dropped a bomb on us yesterday. Shes leaving us for greener (MUCH greener) pastures. Eveeryone is VERY happy for her, but were all upset so we went out for an inpromptu outting to Chilis.
