The Pursuit of Money Leads to Unhappiness. Instead, Pursue What You Like or Love. The Money Will Follow

In 2000, I made one of the worst decisions of my life – I decided to chase money. Not only did that decision create great unhappiness, it nearly destroyed my family and my career.

When you chase money, it will almost always end in unhappiness.

Instead, chase what you like or love. Chase what interests you. Chase what makes your heart sing.

Doing what you like or love will make you happy and the money will follow, eventually. You will devote more time, effort and energy in becoming a Virtuoso in what you do, if you like or love what you do. Virtuosos get paid a premium for what they do because they are among the best in their field or endeavor.

Wealth is a byproduct of doing what you like or love.
