    This might help:

Calculate a Safe Withdrawal Rate that ensures your portfolio survives your entire retirement, even if you plan on retiring extremely early!

What sort of budget do you need? How much do you get from SS disability? Maybe we could give some better tailored suggestions if you tell us what you are needing monthly, what you are bringing in from disability, and outgo.

I think that $450k could be very touchy to last 40 years. The most expensive years sadly are the last. Plus a bad few years could put things in jeopardy. Maybe an annuity is an answer. What's your housing situation? Any equity there?

I am assuming the $450k is cash and there is home equity? Perhaps if you include home equity, let's assume you reverse mortgage it at age 60 that would be a huge factor in this retirement equation.

      More details.

the 4% rule is getting debated.. because of this low interest rate environment ..and 2 becasue people are living longer... so proceed with caution .. and the sequence of return risk is a real thing

do some quotes for different deferred annuities .. see if the numbers are favorable.. they're guaranteed for life.. i'm not an annuities expert ..but they are guaranteed for life .. and offer better income than SPIA if you're willing to part with some of your principal.. I definitely would not recommend putting the whole pot in those products
