    Congrats! If you can invest the payment in your IRA/401k instead, you'll more than make up for the tax deduction, and really build wealth.

      Congratulations! I will have my home and cars paid off in 19 months. It will coincide with my retirement and I will be debt free.

          Great job!! We still owe close to $200K on our house, but make extra payments all the time. It's a big number but we are focused on getting rid of it ASAP.
