    Unless you’re retired of course. I don’t know many folks who are still working who depend on passive income.

      I bought two more vacation rentals in the last 4 months. Not sure if that counts as a stock, but it does to me!

          time will tell. This year looks really good. I've been searching high and low for similar returns in some other investment, and I haven't come up with anything, so i just stick with that.
