I hope the responses have appropriately eviscerated her.

    * Despite the high cost of living, it remains very popular.
    * Why should I pay for my daughter's education when she already knows everything?
    * There are no shortcuts to anywhere worth going.

And she's the moderator of a dating site, which is odd since she's married, but still. She sure doesn't seem like the person who ought to be giving dating advice.

If it's real... If she thinks she can find a better deal, she best go find it.

I hope someone shows it to her husband.

It reads like made-up BS to me.

The scary part is there are plenty of people out there actually like this so it could well be real.

I think there is a lot of made up BS on Reddit.

                    Probably fake.
If real, then knowing Reddit, she was torn to shreds in the comments.

But maybe you should put your ass to work. That means you've only been with him for money.

I'm not buying the $10,000 allowance. That would be pre-tax income of around $200,000. I doubt she is getting that much of the total income to waste.

Reddit troll. Think it's totally made-up BS to stir everyone up. Some of those sub-reddits have more than their fair share of these under-the-bridge inhabitants.

Edited to add: Visited the sub-reddit. Sounds like it's all satire to me lol, a bunch of men posting what they have to deal with -- entitlement, stupidity, entitlement, did I mention entitlement etc, when it comes to modern day "dating". It's not a "serious" sub at all.

I have a close friend who has done home remodeling work for a guy who is a Delta pilot. This guy also invested heavily on BitCoin years ago and has supposedly made millions from that. My friend said this guy has three separate girl friends. Each one was given a credit card a $5,000 a month budget to spend on what ever they please. He supposedly has lights wired up in the yard to change the color shined on the house so the girlfriends know who is to stop in that evening and who is to keep going. I know it sounds crazy, but he says it is the truth.
