    "pre-approved" credit offers

I only carry one card, however since the return envelope is postage paid I like to send them "valuable" coupons to local establishments. That way if they are ever in my area I can save them some money

Hopefully, those local establishments accept credit cards.

I used to attach those return postage paid envelopes to a brick or rock and send that back to them. Didn't always work, but when it did, I'm sure they were happy to get such a useful item.

It was eight or nine years ago that I remitted a request to receive no unasked for credit card offers. It has worked very well.

Well, I mean, they paid for the postage (mighty nice of them!), so I see offering them a coupon for a few bucks off at the local pizza joint to be a very friendly gesture in return.

But then again, what else would I use to start fires in my outdoor fire pit? Junk mail goes up in a flash! -And I also don't have to haul it to the dump.
