We are down to $2.27 today. Last week when I filled up I was on E and it took $32.20 to fill. I have had my car since June and it has always been over $42.00 to fill it. It is a nice change to for it to be closer to $30.

I can't believe it's gotten below $2 for some of you! We're at approx. $2.37 here and I thought that was really good!

$2.05 a gallon as of this evening in McKinney Texas, a Northern suburb of Dallas.

I will be completely shocked if it dips below $2.00/gallon.

$1.83 was posted in Ohio on my way to work today. My tank is still 3/4 full from paying $1.89.

                      • DW works at a gas station, so she can fill up the car just before they raise prices. Plus, they often call her to change the prices so we can stay on top of it.

Down to $2.29, and should go down again later today.

About the $2.99/gallon promotion...there were several limitations on the deal, and factoring in the mpg and all of that, it wasn't as good of a deal as they wanted people to believe. Either way, you're all probably right about them feeling kind of silly now.

                          • We're sitting around $2 in Austin - and yeah - I'm very pleased it's under $3. I watch crude future prices throughout the week. It looks like gas prices are heading even lower if you can believe it.
