yeah. he counts...any family member who made a purchase would count for this... i was just trying to see what other members bought between paydays and during the week.
thanks for the reply.

Okay, let's see.... he gave a $20 gift, 30 in gas for his truck, and $1 for a hamburger for lunch. I didn't have to pay for my teeth cleaning this time and I ate leftovers. Not too bad......
I didn't spend any today and DH only spent 1.59 to mail a package. The person we mailed it to had paid me 2.00 to mail it so we did OK. I am so glad I didn't answer this thread on Saturday though, we went Christmas shopping.
Today I spent a lot more than usual....
$90(!!!!) Electric Bill (due 12/6, but i pre scheduled it online, so it came out of my checking account)
$85 at Sephora.com on Christmas gifts for my mother and my sister
$50 at Olympia sports for my father's Christmas gift
$17+ for diapers at Walmart
$2 for a coffee at Honey Dew (It was a cold, rainy, miserable day and that pumpkin spice coffee was just what I needed!)
$19 for some odds & ends @ the grocery store, even better I found some deli sliced lunch meat for $1.50 for a 1lb pkg w/ a REUSEABLE container! SCORE! so not only did I get a deal on lunch meat but I got a reusable sandwich container for dh to take to work.
Not normal!! For $7:18 I got the large bowl of the cafe famous Chicken avocado tortilla soup and large Salad from the bar with the intention that the salad was for lunch and soup for dinner as I knew I would be working late tonight.
I also ended up going to the vending machine twice!! $1.25 for a bag of oriental snacks and .70cents for 3musketeers. Emotional eating strikes again!
$9.56 for a late lunch/dinner for MIL, DH and I... we had to drive to town to pick her up from the hospital (she had a minor procedure and was sedated = woozy so she had to be picked up) and drove her to the nearby mall to meet with her boyfriend who was taking her home... since she had to wait a little while for him to get off work and since the doctor told her to make sure and eat regularly (part of the problem) we took her to eat
we treated her since she was too woozy to fight us off... lol.. usually it's a battle for who gets the check... unfortunately the "i'm the mom" card works on waaay too many waiter/waitresses...
i just checked our spending log (we've been tracking for 4 months) and the last time we ate out was the first week of September...
Zero for me. Husband probably spent about $3.20 for a bowl of chili and about $15 for postage on three packages.
