My younger (adult) sister has "champaign taste on a beer budget."
She will actually wait until something is no longer on sale before she will buy it, just to show off. Drives her husband crazy. Her house looks like a furniture store showroom, all matchy-matchy, no personality.
And Me?
I decorate in "early American garage sale" style. Lots of character, not cluttered, just eclectic.
