  • Trump wins election

President Trump has won the election...or so it appears as of 12:50am EST. My internal clock is still 5 hours off so im wide awake.

This goes to show you that no one knows a single thing about politics. All these genius analysts on tv...they're all clueless. The biased media who bashed trump over and over can eat their words. Bunch of scumbags.

Buying opportunity as of now...market down 800ish points. My guess is it'll be a brexit like effect. My buy orders are already in.

Where are you seeing this? Everywhere I have checked still has him at 244.

Well, Pennsylvania has been locked in, and at this point, there is no way for Clinton to gain the 270 electoral points she needs to win. Even if she won PA, things would still have been dicey.

I don't appreciate the toxicity though. A lot of these assertions about genius analysts and biased medias, and people being scumbags... Trump in reality has made a lot of these baseless accusations and character assassinations while offering no proof of such a thing actually happening.

Nevertheless, I do agree the stock market is going to have a nice dip tomorrow, so if anyone is wanting to buy in on a dip, this is indeed the time to do so. I just hope a dip is all we will experience....

The voters were not as dumb as I thought they were. People are fed up with broken promises, lies, corruption, pay-to-play politics, media bias, so on and so forth. Also, no one should be too big to jail. Now the economy and its $20 trillion in debt should be a top priority.

My State, Pennsylvania, put him over the top. This is the first time that PA went Red since 1988.

I agree that it is a good opportunity to buy into the markets. They will calm down and recover quickly. Buy in low now.

Yup, not a thing will change except more wasted time in the market with mediocre returns from my index funds for the next few years with all the unpredictability. Considering he insulted half the republican house and senate while no democrat likes him..I hope he get use to that executive order.

Will my taxes go down to a 25% bracket?...LoL. Will we have less terrorist attacks? LoL...will we have less illegals or have our manufacturing jobs come back?...lol.see I like how the right calls the left naive.

I get it, it's a big "F U" to the establishment...a big FU to the educated elites and to the educated in general...guess all that is too "liberal" for the under educated. Will now the floor is yours..enjoy.

For an educated person, your grammar and typing is rather poor.

You are angry and bitter. We get it.

I'm foreign and language was never my thing. I'm more of a math a science guy. Even with my poor writing skills coming out of the working class, I still made it to the top 1%. Just to show you how easy it is to be successful here. So seeing someone who won running on "the system is rigged against you" is just beyond hilarious.

People are passionate about politics. According to the numbers half of the people who voted will be happy and half of the people who voted will be mad.

Heres a tip for the market..."be greedy when others are fearful...be fearful when others are greedy."

For the Clinton supporters that stayed up late in hopes to hear from your candidate, she is scheduled to speak at 9:30 this morning.

                        If only that were true.

I'm far more concerned about the effect this will have on the Supreme Court than I am about who sits in the Oval Office. There has been tremendous progress in recent years that will now be threatened. Women's rights, reproductive rights, LGBT rights, immigration policy, the list goes on and on. Yes I'm concerned about the financial fall out but I trust that long term that will correct itself. It's the legal stuff that will be far harder to fix.

I wonder if hillary is preparing a concession speech or a plea bargain?

Clinton has already called earlier to congratulate Trump on the victory. My guess then is a concession speech.

You call that progress, others call that regress (or 50% of Americans). So lets replace all you said with Jesus and we are good to go!
