In my latest AARP magazine, it had an article on "When you need cash quick" and one of the suggestions was to join a Focus Group. It listed two of them, neither of which looked like scams. One is Fieldwork http://www.fieldwork.com/join and the other is Schlesinger Associates http://www.schlesingerassociates.com..._opinions.aspx I filled out an application for both of them and so we will see. Interestingly enough, although the article was supposed to be for ways to makes cash quick, none of the ideas were ways to actually make quick cash, but might take a month or more to earn anything which is not my idea of 'quick'. Quick cash means some way to be able to buy groceries when the fridge and cupboard are empty now! You could starve to death waiting to accumulate enough money in a month to go to the grocery store!
The other day I applied to be on CVS consumer panel and so far, I have made 2 $10 in bonus bucks to be used at CVS which is fine with me. Had one survey on Wens and one yesterday. I was surprised to get two just a day apart so it will be interesting to see how often I am offered them plus along with my usual bonus bucks that I earn just by shopping. The surveys didn't take more than about 5 minutes to complete also. Giving it 10 minutes max, that is $60/hour!
