This may have already been posted, but I've made some good cash selling stuff I no longer need on Facebook Garage Sale Group sites. These are better than Craigslist, in my opinion, because you can see who is purchasing your items (pending they have a real FB account.) And there is less risk in a no-show or getting ripped off because you can blast them all over the FB sale sites if they do so. As people comment on your items showing interest, this churns up more interest versus anonymous Craigslist replies.

I live in Montana, but rent out a townhome I own in Minnesota and while it does bring in about $350 extra a month, I can tell you it can be very stressful if you have difficult tenants. Having a rental property that is part of an association can be tricky too because if the tenants ever need something done, they have to contact the property management company, who then contacts me, and then I contact the association for approval, then I report back to the property management company, who informs the tenants.

If you straight-up own a single-family home, it's probably much easier to rent out!

Do you know of mystery shopping for people beyond "beginners" ? I used to do this as part of consulting engagements at a Big Four firm not too long ago. Checking merchandising displays, pricing comparison, stock-outs, etc. Thought it could be a good way to pick up a few extra bucks when I happen to be at a store.

2. Write useful content. Maintain good SEO.
3. Add Adsense code.
4. Create backlinks from high value websites that have content related to yours, like forums. Other ways to create backlinks includes blog commenting, social bookmarking websites, submitting to website directories, sharing your posts on social sites such as FB, Google+, Twitter etc.

Aim to rank on Google first page for a popular keyword (in addition to many lower traffic but related keywords), add Adsense (and/or well-converting affiliate products). That's it. Easy Money.
