The sucky part is even though I go to court next week, that's only because my ex wants more child support than the 1k SSDI gives him. Then in June, that support comes to an end, so I anticipate being back in court then to be asked for more child support. Then once Claire chooses her college and we know the final bill, he will likely take me to court again. It's very painful this way, stressful. I'd almost like the judge to add everything up now to the best of her ability and me just write my ex a check from my retirement and have it all be over with. But that's just head in the sand thinking.
