Thanks Phil!! That was very kind of you. I can easily throw $500 at all of this. Starting in June that number moves up to $700. March begins the process. Plus at $500 and $700 in June, that still leaves me with $300 a month to save into my emergency fund.

I'm paying off the personal loan tomorrow. That means I'll be adding $536 to the $50 of the small student loan in March and so on. Thanks again.

Keep working your plan and don't get discouraged. Life will happen! Keep fighting through any obstacles and let me and the forum know if you need any encouragement along the way. It will be a long journey but I know you can get there.

And once those debts are out of the way, how fast can you pay off that mortgage?!

OMG I recall Tom's Thread too bad he hasn't chimed in.

You make enough to have not debt. You have $1700/month in play money. I've skimmed the thread. What are your current savings balances?

I would be worried carrying around the boat and auto loans. I'm not one to talk I'm perpetually now in an auto loan but we've considered even just paying it lump sums.

But seriously you have almost $100k in non mortgage debt aren't you worried?
