What do you mean by private lender? For what reason are you looking to borrow money? Do you have good credit?

    * Despite the high cost of living, it remains very popular.
    * Why should I pay for my daughter's education when she already knows everything?

      Private Lender

I am looking for a person who is willing to trust my friend. She is French and I am talking on behalf of her.She does not speak English but she can provide several credentials to prove her identity. As far as her bank credit is concerned I am not in a position to disclose this information yet.All I am looking for is a trustworthy person. If it makes any difference to you she is very reliable and trustworthy but she has to have a chance to prove that.

She might consider peer-to-peer lending. In which country does your friend live?

She lives alone in a small community in France, she needs this money and she has all the necessary credentials.I would help her in a heart beat if I could. She can make the payments but she keeps finding scammers and liars online. She can't find a single person willing to help her and that's very frustrating for her.

This is a US-based website so you aren't likely to find an answer here unfortunately.

What does she want to borrow money for?

Here is a Forbes article on peer-to-peer lending. It lists 10 such trading platforms in Europe. Note that #5 on the list is open to residents of all EU countries; #6 is located in France.

The following guest post is by David Drake, founder and chairman of LDJ Capital, a New York City private equity firm, and of The Soho Loft, a global financial media company with divisions in Conferences and Publishing. David Drake, LDJ Capital Crowdfunders generally fall into different categories: equity, donation, reward, and debt. [...]

Are you familiar with peer-to-peer lending? The idea is that a middle man (the trading platform) puts together lenders and borrowers. The borrowers loan is sliced into many small pieces; lenders then choose many small slices to fund, thereby diversifying default risk. Typically, rates are dependent upon the borrower's creditworthiness. The borrower needs to disclose personal information to the trading platform only, not to the multiple lenders who will ultimately fund the loan. The borrower makes payments to the trading platform, which then distributes the money amongst the lenders.

NOOOOO! they will rape you with interests, 125-500% you will never be able to pay it back you could borrow 10$ and end up paying back 50$ so 100$ = 500$
