How to deposit 10.5k without red flags

Your creditors do not have access to your bank account activity, unless you provide them with it.

Can you provide more detail as to why this is a concern? Are you planning to file bankruptcy and worried how this will look?

Are you perhaps thinking of the banking regulation requiring your bank to report transactions larger than 10k to the IRS?

I too would like to know why this is a concern for you. I would also like to know: why not use the $10.5k check to pay off your creditors?

Take care of your family's food, water, shelter - but then use it to get out of some of that burdensome debt.

Luckily, that only applies to cash transactions, not checks

What is the check from? Why don't you want your creditors to know about it? How much do you owe your creditors? Did you work a deal of some sort with them to pay back 50 cents on the dollar on your debts or something like that?

Actually deposits by cheque for ANY amount doesnt cause red flags. It is when you deposit cash that causes the problems. The government want to have paper trails and its when cash is deposited that it makes things blurry which is why they sound the alarms.
