Good resources/forums for growing a business?

I know a few of you are entrepreneuers/self-employed. I'm wondering if you have any good resources or online communities that are especially helpful for someone just starting out. I know this is a great place for financial advice, but I'm looking for more of the tactical and lessons learned type stuff. TIA!

The blogs written by Neil Patel, Ramit Sethi, and Seth Godin are full of advice for entrepreneurs. Use Google's "Reader" app to search for these names and the blogs they run. There are other great small biz blogs out there, but unfortunately they tend to get lost in a sea of "junk" or "get rich quick" types of blogs. So, use Technorati.com to find other small business and entrepreneurship blogs. The higher the Technorati "ranking", the less chance that a small business blog is essentially a "spammy" or "pseudo" blog. Inc.com is a good resource, so is the American Express "Open" forum.

Other great sites for you to look at are Escape from Cubicle Nation, Entrepreneur.com, and The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur.
