    These articles rarely mention it but the timing of Chanukah probably has some impact, too. The holiday starts on 12/7 this year so “last minute”
    shopping for that is right about now.

      Overall, seems like pretty good numbers indicating a still-healthy economy, but with the reality of higher interest rates and lingering inflation for some goods.

        The economy is doing well, but heading into an election year, one side doesn’t want people to realize that.

          Yeah. It's almost like there's a middle ground where we can have a burgeoning economy, sustainable job growth, and actually, pretty balanced politics. Shocking, right?
