Thank you for sharing. We all get an earful from the news and tabloid outlets, so it is nice hearing accounts like this, and harvesting valuable advice. I was surprised to learn of the debt some of the investors had, and would like to know if that debt was simply as case of "I make so much money that the interest doesn't scare me" or bad financial knowledge, or something else.
