Have you heard of VIO Bank?

Does anyone know anything about VIO Bank? They are paying 2.02% on savings accounts. I've never heard anything about them before today and was wondering if some of you have experience with them.

No experience, but have heard of them. They come up sometimes in some of my Facebook groups (Mustachians on Facebook, etc.), when people talk about what interest rate they are getting where.
