Boxed and printed my shipping label to sell my galaxy S22 plus for $386. I'll report back if Decluttr actually pays the $386 or will low ball offer me once they are in possession of my phone. Once I sold an iPhone to another similar company and once they had possession of my phone they said the phone had a scratch or nick and they could only pay about half of the quoted price. I negotiated up but they only came up a little. In the end I asked them to resend it back to me which they did. Hence, I will report back if Decluttr pays the full quoted price or will they low ball me. At any rate, they pay by Pay Pal. I'm not counting my chickens before they hatch nor am I holding my breath on that $386 quoted price. We shall see. BTW this galaxy S22 plus is still in excellent condition only a few months old.

I went to Walmart today and saw an automated kiosk which said sell your phone here. It gives a quote and has a bin to deposit your phone. I typed in Samsung galaxy S22 plus 128 GB and the quote it gave me was $150, lol. Similar to those automatic key making machines which charges a high price for a standard house key costs $9.99 to make or a car key costs $19.99 make. In person at a live key maker person a standard house key only costs $5 or car key $10. Those kiosks have a high mark up.

One example where automation doesn't lower costs.

Declutter received my Samsung galaxy S22 plus today by UPS ground from Los Angeles to Georgia sent last week Friday. They said in 1 business day upon receiving the phone they will make an offer based on the actual condition of the phone so I'm hoping on Monday they'll notify me how much they'll pay. The original quote was $386 and my phone is in excellent condition so I'm hoping it'll be close but we shall see. I'll post again when I know.

BJ thanks for starting this thread and ds thanks for the pro-tip to avoid scammer on eBay. I could have gotten more on eBay but didn't want to take a chance with scammers. I'm satisfied with $386 from Decluttr.
