Are They Satisfied?

I am a government employee, and I work with officers and managers that make really good incomes per year, but are they satisfied? Maybe or maybe not.

As a recently retired government "management" employee, I am very satisfied thank you! When I started out I certainly wasn't a highly paid employee, 30+ years later and a lot of hard work it paid off.

I think for most people willing to earn it, higher pay and promotions will happen. I've worked with to many people over the years that barely did the basic job requirements but still complained about not getting promoted or better raises.
