  • Do you drink energy drinks?

It's a terrible habit of mine. I probably drink two or three a day and I know it's not good for me, but I'm not functional in the afternoon if I don't have one or two. Any others have an energy drink habit? Some other beverage habit?

I drink coffee, which is kind of the "original" energy drink. Just in the morning to give me a light boost on workdays. I can live without it...my day is not ruined if I do not get coffee.

If you depend on energy drinks for energy during the day and feel as though you cannot "live" without them, then you are addicted. The underlying issue of lethargy during peak hours of the day is something you probably want to discuss with your physician.
      History will judge the complicit.

Nope, not anymore and I've had one in like the past ten years and felt sick. When I was in my 20s and going to the bars I'd have one or two.

I once drank 8 red bulls in one night when I was out partying with friends in NYC. Bad decision. haha.

Very recently, I've switched to decaf and started going to bed earlier. I start my bed time routine at 9-9:30 and lights out by 10 PM. No need for caffeine if you're getting enough rest.

I've only tried Red Rain (Red Bull knockoff) once, and I couldn't stand it. Don't understand how people can
