    ^You live in Cali...prenups are useless there. If she wants a piece of the pie she will get it. Californian fails when it comes to this...along with many other things.

    Not to mention prenups will only "protect" you with your current assets. Anything else you buy moving forward is 50/50...doesnt matter what terms and conditions are on the agreement.

      I agree with Feh and 75k does not seem worth a pre-nup. However, your gut reaction to her debt comment needs follow up with a an agreed upon very clear plan or I would still see a red flag waving
