Getting money from 401 (A) or 403 (B)

I have two plans a 401 (A) from a former employer and a 403 (B) i receive a annual payout June 1st on one and August 1st on the other I'm in need of the cash immediately is there anything I can do? Tiaa-Cref says I can't touch the money until those dates is there anything I can do to get cash now? Thank You

Borrow the money you need short-term. A credit card with a 0% introductory period would be a good choice.

Getting Money from 401 (A) & 403(B)

I'm out of options I need $1500 dollars by end the week for rent I was on a tight budget and something serious came up my credit is poor and no friends or family to borrow from. I have these 2 plans but can't touch them till appropriate dates?
