Hi Ladies...had a busy weekend and did not get my updates posted...but I still climbed and walked. Yesterday was especially fun...Easter! GS and I treked all over the property with the wagon...With a houseful to feed, I was up and down stairs all morning getting everything ready...
Up and at it again today. Hope you have a good one!

I hope you all had a good Easter, I did have very quiet one and gave myself a holiday, when you are at home 24/7 you need to have a freetime and chillout at times.
Over Easter I did 1/2 hour walking each day. 15 minutes on my new stepper upper = 10 flights of stairs, I would say. I am getting my minimum 20 minutes walking done I would say! = $4
Today I did a long walk over 1 hour at 8.30am and 20 minutes later at 4pm
plus 15 minutes on the stepper upper while I watched The Aussie Biggest Loser for 1/2 hour to-night. =$3 I may have over done it!
I walked and walked today (albiet at stores ) So I am putting a check mark next to today...even if it may have been a little shy...just 'cause it was such a superfantastic day!
I did do my minimum walking 20 minutes that wants I have to do by specialist and my chiro. Wednesday
Today so far I have done my minimum walk and 10 flights of stair and iI am going shopping to-night to one of our largest shopping centres here over three levels with the family. That's around 3 hours of walking.
i know how you feel, Ray, I don't like to have pictures made of me either. I did get in my 30 minutes on the treadmill yesterday, but I only made about 15 flights of stairs. My knee is hurting, so I may slow down on the stairs challenge but I am going to keep on walking.
Well, I have got back into my walking today, I did two lots of 30 minutes walking and 6 flights of stairs today. Last week I was off color with my arthritis in leg and hips. I am much better now!
DD3 and I went for a nice walk last night (about 2 miles). It was one of those cool, beautiful spring nights. The oak trees are all starting to get their leaves and the grass is super lush right now...so it was a gorgeous walk...when I got home asthma kicked in and I had to use the inhaler to reduce the wheezing
That's not going to stop us though, we are planning on doing this 2-3 times each week.

I have not done very well this week. I haven't made my stair challenge even once cause I have a sore knee. I got in over 20 minutes of walking yesterday, but my goal is 30 minutes or more. I will try and do better next week.
