I was tempted by the NuWave PIC. (It is a portable induction cooktop.) I have been wanting to try an induction cooktop since going to cooking demos at Disney World a few years back. They use an induction cooktop for the demos and it heats stuff really fast! (And the cooktop itself stays cool).
Sadly, the reviews on the NuWave PIV have not been very stellar so I guess I will have to wait for a more permanent solution.

I saw an ad on TV called Life Vac $69 which uses suction to remove obstructed objects from a choking victim, pretty ingenious. I still have Magic Jack and love it.

I bought a pack of ShamWow towels at a yard sale a few weeks ago for $1. I figured at that price, how bad could they be. They sat on the counter for a while and then I decided to look them up on ebay and they sell quite well, so I ended up selling the pack for $15. Not a bad flip at all. So I still have no idea if they're any good, but apparently others like them.
