Any ideas? On vacation last week, the sunscreen apparently leaked a bit in the backpack and soaked into the leather at the bottom of the backpack. Now, it is stained, which I don't really care about, but it reeks of sunscreen, which I do care about. Any tips on how I can clean it to lessen the odor?

A friend of mine who ran a leather shop in the 60s to 70s swears by Lexol but I would stop in at your local shoe repair shop and ask there because the technology has certainly changed in the intervening years.I YQ YQ R -
Baking soda on anything usually works to get odors out, but I would test it on a hidden patch first. I don't think baking soda stains either.Comment
