Eggs will last 6 months or more if you keep them refrigerated, so 250 eggs doesn't seem that unreasonable if you eat a lot of eggs. I know a guy at the gym that I go to who eats 12 egg whites every morning.

"Rocky" style I presume. Yeah, I used to eat eggs like this at one time (yes, raw!). I could see buying this amount if I were trying to bulk up but that is extreme for most folks.

He actually cooks them and makes an omelet out of them. He says that it is a complete pain and takes forever to seperate out the yolks. But he does it for the protein.

nothing, still got them, we may have eaten a dozen or so and ive given 5 or 6 dozen away. i figure if they last me 3 or 4 months it'll be worth it even if i have to throw some away. at .50 a dozen how could you not buy them?

You mean Uncle Clearance? I go see him at every chance My wife and I joke about it every time we see a new shelf with the word "Clearance" on it.

As for eggs, I eat seven every day (Six whites and one whole egg), with 1/2 cup of oatmeal (The real stuff not the instant), cook it up (Yes together, into an omelet/scrambled egg style) and put a light squirt of honey on it to sweeten it up a little Yummy!
