I saw in another thread about purchasing prescriptions online to save money. Where does one go to do this? I feel like I get so much spam about buying them online that I've never considered looking for a legit place. Do you really save that much?

The first thing to check is if your prescription plan offers a mail order option. Medco, Express Scripts, Caremark and others do. Typically, they provide a 90-day supply of meds but charge you less than going to your local pharmacy. A common deal is that you pay 2 copays instead of 3. So if you have a $20 copay, you'd pay $40 for 90 days rather than $60. Some plans even charge nothing for some generic drugs when you use the mail order plan.
I don't know about any other sites and I'd be very careful about buying meds online from anywhere other than well known pharmacy companies.
The best way to save money is to take maximum advantage of the cheap generic plans offered by WalMart, Target, ShopRite, Wegman's and other chains. ShopRite recently started offering certain diabetes meds for free in addition to the free antibiotics they have offered for some time.Steve
