Just saying hello to let you all know I am doing well. I am doing well in my new townhouse and LOVING it. It is 1600 sq. ft. and I am finding that this is more than enough space for me and my roommate. I am able to save $250 a pay (27 pays a year), plus I collect $500 in rent. I'm staying out of credit card debt (though it is hard because I want to buy everything in the WORLD). I'm so incredibly happy with my home purchase. Here are a few updated pictures:

That is how I was. This is really a condo because I don't take care of any exterior maintainence and my monthly fee is $114. I can't imagine taking care of a yard now...I absolutely LOVE it...perfect for my busy lifestyle.

You should find some stuff to hang on the walls... artwork, photos, shelves/plants, something. I find that doing so makes large, white walls seem much less imposing. Just an idle suggestion, though. Between these and the ones you've posted previously, it seems to be a really nice place.Comment

I am slowly adding things to the walls...but I am really in no hurry. I've got it furnished to a point where I feel comfortable and at home...but am not in a rush to fill up every empty space.
